Part nature walk, part treasure hunt, part field lesson.
Igor, Irene and Zuzana will guide us through the forest, helping the group recognise mushrooms, understand what we’re looking at and learn more about the ecosystem around us.
We will learn how to identify, clean and sort our finds while on the hike, giving us the opportunity to practise the art of foraging in real time. Depending on what the forest has to offer, we may also look for berries, herbs and other edible wild plants.
We can’t guarantee what the forest will give us that weekend. That unpredictability is part of the adventure.
